About the Role
Zoho is hiring Technical Trainer candidates with strong communication and training skills. You’ll be responsible for educating users and internal teams on key product features, financial concepts, and advanced modules. The ideal candidate will be confident presenting to audiences, have excellent verbal and written skills, and demonstrate in-depth knowledge of accounting principles.
Qualification and Eligibility
- Education: Any Bachelor’s Degree
- Batch: Open to 2022, 2023, 2024, and 2025 graduates
- Location: Chennai
- Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates welcome
Skills & Expertise Required
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written English (Hindi is a bonus)
- Accounting Knowledge: Solid understanding of P&L statements, balance sheets, cash flow, and general bookkeeping
- Presentation Skills: Ability to deliver engaging training sessions, handle discussions, and manage classroom interactions
- Product Expertise: Must be familiar with key modules and advanced features of Zoho’s products
